Description
This package includes:
- Baseline VPS – 2GB RAM, 50GB SSD storage, 1 CPU Core on HostArmada
- AWS Hosting charges (two EC2 instances plus related services)
- Up to 20min of admin time per month for basic account oversight and administration
Please note that this subscription charge may fluctuate over time if:
- The platform costs for HostArmada increase
- The AWS hosting charges for systems you utilize increase
- The amount of baseline admin time increases
We will notify you per email of these changes and then adjust the charges on this subscription automatically as appropriate.
Subscription charges here are done up-front and for the ensuing month.
Please note that Fountain City provides this service as a convenience to Mastermind lounge but it must be clear we are not the hosting platform, this is a re-hosting service. HostArmada and AWS are the respective hosting platforms for your services. Meaning Fountain City is not responsible for any issues pertaining to site outages or data loss that occur from problems or issues with the hosting platforms themselves. What Mastermind are paying for here with us is the convenience for us to manage the hosting costs for these two respective services. The admin time helps to off set credit card surcharges we pay plus we use this time to ensure the hosting accounts are in good standing.
Among other things this subscription does not cover the following items:
- No time is provided in this subscription for site or server administration
- No time is provided in this subscription for development services or maintenance work
If any such time is needed on a regular or repeating basis, these services will either need to be added to this subscription, or we will need to issue 1-time invoices.
